  • Lounge area/upstairs bedroom with cathedral ceilings which includes cable TV/DVD/VCR player, and cozy firestove-WiFi
  • Private Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis (therapeutic movement methods that combine principles of yoga, tai chi, swimming and dance) lessons available
  • Group Gyrokinesis Classes offered on property Monday mornings.

The property is nestled in a valley on four beautiful acres with large field (which is a great sledding hill!), outside sitting areas, hammock, charcoal BBQ grill, bonfire pit, perennial gardens, frisbee golf hole and plenty o’ green grass to go all around. Deer, groundhogs, squirrels, chipmunks, red fox, all kinds of birds (gold/purple finches and woodpeckers are my favorites), are frequent visitors here.

Only 55 miles from NYC and a relatively undiscovered gem in the Hudson Valley; Warwick, NY offers: beautiful open rolling hills, dairy farms, apple orchards, farmers markets, wineries, antique stores, great restaurants, a bowling alley, a great Drive-In movie theater, many golf courses, world-class frisbee golf course, yoga studios, hiking on the Appalachian Trail. Take a quick drive to Wawayanda State Park (over 34,000 acres!) with sandy beachfront, large lake with boat and canoe rentals, and miles of hiking/mountain biking trails. Seven miles from Warwick is Greenwood Lake (the largest lake in Orange County), six miles to Sugarloaf Arts and Crafts Village, 15 minutes to Sterling Forest (New York Renaissance Festival, Paint Ball facilities), 15 minutes to Vernon, NJ, (Mountain Creek Water Park and Ski Mountain as well as Minerals Spa), 20 minutes to Woodbury Commons Shopping Outlets in Harriman, NY, and much much more!
